Qu'est-ce que « Behavioural question » ?

A behavioural question asks the candidate to describe what they did in a past situation of a given kind (“tell me about a time when…”), on the premise that past behaviour in similar situations predicts future behaviour; a situational question asks instead what the candidate would do in a described situation.
