PelatihA crypto-asset service provider (CASP) is a firm that provides crypto-asset services such as custody, operating a trading platform, exchange of crypto assets, execution or reception and transmission of orders, for which EU law requires authorisation. The Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) is the European Union regulation, Regulation (EU) 2023/1114, that sets rules for issuers of crypto assets and stablecoins and for CASPs.
