O que é STAR structure?

The STAR structure orders an answer to a behavioural question as the situation (the context, in two sentences), the task (what the candidate was responsible for), the action (what the candidate did, in the first person, with the reasoning), and the result (what happened, with a number, and what the candidate learned or changed).
