What is Jablonski diagram?

A Jablonski diagram shows the electronic states of a molecule (singlets $S_0, S_1, S_2, \dots$ in one column, triplets $T_1, T_2, \dots$ in another), their vibrational levels, and the processes connecting them: radiative ones as straight arrows, radiationless ones as wavy arrows.
