什么是 Rotation curve; Oort constants?

又称: rotation curve · Oort constants

Definition 29.5 University Earth and Space Sciences — Year 3 · 第 29 章 — The Milky Way and Galaxies

The rotation curve of a disc galaxy is the speed V(R)V(R) of a circular orbit in its plane as a function of the distance RR from its centre. For the Galaxy, with V0=V(R0)V_0 = V(R_0) and V0′=dV/dRV'_0 = \mathrm{d}V/\mathrm{d}R at R0R_0, the Oort constants are

A=12(V0R0−V0′),B=−12(V0R0+V0′).A = \frac12\left(\frac{V_0}{R_0} - V'_0\right), \qquad B = -\frac12\left(\frac{V_0}{R_0} + V'_0\right).
